The Variability of Sagittarius A* at Centimeter Wavelengths [PDF]

open access: yes, 2004
We present the results of a 3.3-year project to monitor the flux density of Sagittarius A* at 2.0, 1.3, and 0.7 cm with the VLA. The fully calibrated light curves for Sgr A* at all three wavelengths are presented. Typical errors in the flux density are 6.

A nonlinear equivalent circuit model for flux density calculation of a permanent magnet linear synchronous motor [PDF]

open access: yesSerbian Journal of Electrical Engineering, 2015
In this paper, a nonlinear magnetic equivalent circuit is presented as an analytical solution method for modeling of a permanent magnet linear synchronous motor (PMLSM). The accuracy of the proposed model is verified via comparing its simulation

Analysis of Core Loss of Permanent Magnet Synchronous Machine for Vehicle Applications under Different Operating Conditions

open access: yesApplied Sciences, 2020
Permanent magnet synchronous machines (PMSMs) are widely used in electric vehicles due to their high power density, high efficiency, etc. Core losses account for a significant component of the total loss in PMSMs.

Grouping of experimental conditions as an approach to evaluate effects of extremely low frequency magnetic fields on oxidative response in in vitro studies

open access: yesFrontiers in Public Health, 2014
A large body of literature deals with biological effects of extremely low frequency magnetic fields (ELF MF) studied in vitro. Despite the multitude of studies, no coherent picture has evolved regarding the plausibility of effects at low flux densities ...

Using gravitational lensed images to investigate the intrinsic AGN variability [PDF]

open access: yes, 2016
We discuss about how the relative flux densities among the images of gravitationally-lensed active galactic nuclei, AGN, can be used to study the intrinsic AGN variability with high accuracy.
