TELANGIECTATIC FOCAL NODULAR HYPERPLASIA CONCOMITANT FOCAL NODULAR HYPERPLASIA
Nihon Rinsho Geka Gakkai Zasshi (Journal of Japan Surgical Association), 2011 症例は34歳，男性．原発性アルドステロン症に対する左副腎摘出時，偶然肝外側区域の腫瘤を指摘され当科を受診．血液検査上，肝炎ウィルスマーカーは陰性，肝機能にも異常を認めなかった．腹部画像所見では，肝外側区域の腫瘤は約6cm大であり，S3のグリソンが腫瘤内を貫通し，それにより腹側部と背側部，2つの領域に分けられる雪だるま状の形態を呈していた．MRI上両者の造影パターンは異なり，腹側部は中心性瘢痕がみられFNHと診断したが，背側部は腹側に比べ，血管造影CT上早期濃染が強く，悪性疾患も考慮され質的診断には至らなかった．手術は肝外側区域切除を行った．切除標本の割面では，腹側部は中心性瘢痕を伴う黄白色調の病変であり組織学的にFNHと診断した．背側部は黄緑色調であり，組織学的には ...
