PLUMS:  a Program for the Rapid Optimization of Focused Libraries

PLUMS is a new method to perform rational monomer selection for combinatorial chemistry libraries. The algorithm has been developed to optimize focused libraries with specific two-dimensional and/or three-dimensional properties.
