Bandgap‐Dependent Band‐to‐Band Tunneling in Carbon Nanotube Transistors

We systematically investigate bandgap‐dependent BTBT in SWCNT transistors by comparing wide‐bandgap (6,5) (Eg≈1.13 eV), medium‐bandgap HiPco, and narrow‐bandgap Arc‐discharge (Eg≈0.59 eV) SWCNT networks. Surface‐Anchored Microgel‐Based Films as Anti‐Icing Coatings

The microgel‐based anti‐icing coatings presented in this work reduce ice adhesion by up to 90% on various substrates. This effect can be attributed to the incorporated functional cationic moieties binding a lubricating layer of quasi‐liquid interfacial water.
