GPCRs in CAR‐T Cell Immunotherapy: Expanding the Target Landscape and Enhancing Therapeutic Efficacy

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Chimeric antigen receptor T cell therapy faces dual challenges of target scarcity and an immunosuppressive microenvironment in solid tumors. This review highlights how G protein‐coupled receptors can serve as both novel targets to expand the therapeutic scope and functional modules to enhance CAR‐T cell efficacy.

Hair radioactivity as a measure of exposure to radioisotopes [PDF]

open access: yes, 1972
Since many radioisotopes accumulate in hair, this tropism was investigated by comparing the radioactivity of shaved with plucked hair collected from rats at various time intervals up to 24 hrs after intravenous injection of the ecologically important ...

Generation of mouse and rat xenogeneic ovaries in vitro for production of mouse oocyte

open access: yesAnimal Cells and Systems
The system forming ovarian follicles is developed to investigate in vitro folliculogenesis in a confined environment to obtain functional oocytes. Several studies have reported the successful generation of fully functional oocytes using mouse-induced ...

Humanized and Charge‐Optimized CSPG4‐Specific CAR‐T Cells show Enhanced Efficacy against Head and Neck Squamous Cell Carcinoma

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
CSPG4 is identified as a high‐value, stemness‐associated target in HPV‐negative HNSCC. By implementing rational biophysical engineering, a humanized and charge‐optimized CAR is developed to overcome tonic signaling‐induced exhaustion. This strategy induces a profound transcriptomic shift toward a rejuvenated, stem‐like memory state, significantly ...

N4‐acetylcytidine in LncRNA Gm26917 Promotes Translation in Female Germline Stem Cells by Recruiting Ribosomal Protein mRNA via EEF1A1

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
This work establishes that ac4C modification on lncRNA Gm26917 governs its spatial interactions with Rpl10 mRNA, and RBP EEF1A1 mediates the interaction between Gm26917 and Rpl10. It elucidates a novel ac4C‐Gm26917‐EEF1A1‐Rpl10 axis in FGSC maintenance both in vitro and in vivo, and provides a potential molecular target for modulating germ cell ...

Improving Milk Yield, Milk Quality, and Follicular Functionality Behavior in Dairy Cows from the Implementation of Microencapsulated Chili Pepper Supplements in Their Diets

open access: yesAnimals
The present study evaluates the effect of including microencapsulated hot chili pepper (MHCP) in the diet of crossbred dairy cows on the volume and quality of milk and on ovarian morphofunctionality.
