Thermally Pre‐Formed Reconfigurable Resistive Random‐Access Memory Crossbar Arrays: A Dual‐Mode Platform for Robust Physically Unclonable Functions and In‐Memory Computing

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
A reconfigurable RRAM platform utilizing thermally pre‐formed filaments (TPFs) is developed to realize robust hardware security. By exploiting the thermodynamic stochasticity of TPFs, exceptionally reliable physically unclonable functions (PUFs) are achieved.

Table1_Optimization of Ribosome Footprinting Conditions for Ribo-Seq in Human and Drosophila melanogaster Tissue Culture Cells.XLSX

open access: yes, 2022
Our understanding of mRNA translation and its regulation has been transformed by the development of ribosome profiling. This approach relies upon RNase footprinting of translating ribosomes in a precise manner to generate an accurate snapshot of ribosome

Protein Footprinting by Carbenes on a Fast Photochemical Oxidation of Proteins (FPOP) Platform

open access: yesJournal of the American Society for Mass Spectrometry, 2015
Protein footprinting combined with mass spectrometry provides a method to study protein structures and interactions. To improve further current protein footprinting methods, we adapted the fast photochemical oxidation of proteins (FPOP) platform to ...

Ecological Footprint and Water Footprint of Taipei [PDF]

open access: yesSustainability, 2019
Taiwan suffers from many natural disasters and is vulnerable to climate change. A continuous increase in its ecological footprint (EF) would pose numerous threats to the city. Taipei is Taiwan’s most densely populated city. Whether its citizens are consuming more resources because of their high income and high degree of urbanization, thereby burdening ...

Development of a Three‐Axis Planar Hall Magnetoresistance Sensor Using a Superparamagnetic Nanoparticle‐Based Flux Guide

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
A printed superparamagnetic nanoparticle‐based flux guide enables the realization of a hysteresis‐free three‐axis magnetic sensor. This innovative architecture efficiently redirects out‐of‐plane fields to planar sensing elements, facilitating simultaneous vector detection without complex reset protocols.

LRPPRC-mediated folding of the mitochondrial transcriptome

open access: yesNature Communications, 2017
The mitochondrial genome, being compressed to 16 kb, is an attractive model system to investigate how RNA-binding proteins chaperone mRNA lifecycles. Here the authors use RNase footprinting and PAR-CLIP to show that the LRPPRC–SLIRP complex stabilizes ...

Submicron Metasurface Reconfigured Multiband Smart Windows

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
This work presents a submicron metasurface reconfigured multiband thermochromic smart window. By integrating subwavelength nanostructures into a Fabry−Perot resonator configuration, it mitigates conventional trade‐offs to simultaneously deliver high luminous transmittance and robust solar heating and radiative cooling modulation capabilities ...
