Cell wall target fragment discovery using a low‐cost, minimal fragment library
FEBS Letters, EarlyView.LoCoFrag100 is a fragment library made up of 100 different compounds. Similarity between the fragments is minimized and 10 different fragments are mixed into a single cocktail, which is soaked to protein crystals. These crystals are analysed by X‐ray crystallography, revealing the binding modes of the bound fragment ligands.

Forecasting Canadian Time Series With the New-Keynesian Model [PDF]
This paper documents the out-of-sample forecasting accuracy of the New Keynesian Model for Canada. We estimate our variant of the model on a series of rolling subsamples, computing out-of-sample forecasts one to eight quarters ahead at each step.

Molecular Oncology, EarlyView.This study explores salivary RNA for breast cancer (BC) diagnosis, prognosis, and follow‐up. High‐throughput RNA sequencing identified distinct salivary RNA signatures, including novel transcripts, that differentiate BC from healthy controls, characterize histological and molecular subtypes, and indicate lymph node involvement.
