The paper describes an investigation related to the pentedrone norephedrine metabolite. The athlete's sample was analyzed using ultra‐performance liquid chromatography–tandem mass spectrometry (UPLC–MS/MS). According to the literature, this metabolite may originate from pentedrone, α‐pyrrolidinopentiophenone (PVP), or N‐ethylpentedrone (NEP).
