With the increasing number of newborn boys not being circumcised, there will be an increasing number of foreskins at risk for entrapment by zippers. Boys often unzip, void, and zip up as fast as possible. Attempts to extract the entrapped skin by moving the zipper are usually unsuccessful and often increase the degree of entrapment.

MALT Lymphoma of the Foreskin

Here we present the first described case of MALT lymphoma involving the foreskin. The patient presented with a lump proximal to the glans penis. It was treated with radical excision and histology revealed positive margins. No further therapy was given as this may have resulted in significant morbidity. The patient remains relapse free more than 2 years
