MicroRNA‐941 Acts as a Novel Prognostic Predictor and Oncogenic Driver in Colorectal Cancer

Upregulation of miR‐941 was a promising diagnostic and prognostic biomarker for CRC patients. Inhibition of miR‐941 significantly suppressed CRC cellular events and triggered ferroptosis. The oncogenic functions of miR‐941 were mediated through targeting TRPS1.

We present spatially informed feature selection (SIFS), a spatially informed framework that prioritizes molecules consistently colocalizing with histopathology.
