Characterizing Image Sets Using Formal Concept Analysis
EURASIP Journal on Advances in Signal Processing, 2005 This article presents a new method for supervised image classification. Given a finite number of image sets, each set corresponding to a place of an environment, we propose a localization strategy, which relies upon supervised classification.

Molecular Oncology, EarlyView.This study shows that lung adenocarcinomas exploit developmental branching morphogenesis to acquire a therapy resistant basal‐like tumour cell state. This process was found to be regulated by combined TP53 loss‐of‐function and type‐I interferon signalling, identifying a novel axis for biomarker and therapeutic target discovery.

Molecular Oncology, EarlyView.Circulating microRNAs as biomarkers of cachexia and sex‐specific cancer in senior dogs. In 25 client‐owned dogs, four circulating miRNAs (miR‐15a, miR‐15b, miR‐16, miR‐140) were downregulated in cachexia, with miR‐16 the strongest individual biomarker (AUC = 0.899).
