We present a theoretical and experimental characterization of the optical modes of dispersionless ring cavities with phase modulators or frequency shifters. Both singlet and triplet populations of the TADF compound 4CzIPN are quenched upon interaction with dinitrotoluene by photoinduced electron transfer.
