Fermi Surface Nesting and Anomalous Hall Effect in Magnetically Frustrated Mn2PdIn

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
Mn2PdIn, a frustrated inverse Heusler alloy, showing electronic‐structure driven anomalous Hall effect with Weyl crossings, Fermi‐surface nesting and near‐zero magnetization ideal for low‐magnetization spintronics. Abstract Noncollinear magnets with near‐zero net magnetization and nontrivial bulk electronic topology hold significant promise for ...

FORMALISM

open access: yes, 2009
PUBLISHED Formalism is a philosophical theory of the foundations of mathematics that had a spectacular but brief heyday in the 1920s. After a long preparation in the work of several mathematicians and philosophers, it was brought to its mature form and prominence by David Hilbert and co-workers as an answer to both the uncertainties created by ...

M-Theory in the Gaugeon Formalism [PDF]

open access: yes, 2012
In this paper we will analyse the Aharony-Bergman-Jafferis-Maldacena (ABJM) theory in $\mathcal{N}=1$ superspace formalism. We then study the quantum gauge transformations for this ABJM theory in gaugeon formalism.

Magnetic and Structural Response Tuned by Coexisting Mn Concentration‐Dependent Phases in MnBi2Te4 Thin Film Grown on GaAs(001) by Molecular Beam Epitaxy

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
The study explores structural and magnetic properties of one of the most recent topological quantum materials (MnBi2Te4). The Mn‐poor structure leads to stacking faults (quintuple layer ‐ QL of Bi2Te3 formation instead of a septuple layer ‐ SL of MnBi2Te4), resulting in a coexistence between weak antiferromagnetism and ferromagnetism.

Cuadernos y cerillas mágicas: aplicación de la teoría de las series de Tyniánov en las autobiografías de Piglia y Nabokov

open access: yesAla Este, 2023
Este trabajo pretende poner el foco en el tipo de relación que se establecen entre los distintos elementos que comprenden un texto literario, tanto constructivamente como la comunicación interpretativa implícita entre escritor y lector.

The Digital Humanities in the Czech Republic

open access: yesСлавянский мир в третьем тысячелетии, 2021
This paper is devoted to the issue of Digital Humanities (DH) in Czech literary studies. Over the last decade, various methods primarily connected with DH have had a substantial impact on the development of numerous areas of the humanities.

A time-extended Hamiltonian formalism

open access: yes, 1998
A Poisson structure on the time-extended space R x M is shown to be appropriate for a Hamiltonian formalism in which time is no more a privileged variable and no a priori geometry is assumed on the space M of motions.

Examples of Embedded Defects (in Particle Physics and Condensed Matter) [PDF]

open access: yes, 1995
We present a series of examples designed to clarify the formalism of the companion paper `Embedded Vortices'. After summarising this formalism in a prescriptive sense, we run through several examples: firstly, deriving the embedded defect spectrum for ...

Single Solid‐State Ion Channels as Potentiometric Nanosensors

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
Single gold nanopores functionalized with mixed self‐assembled monolayers act as solid‐state ion channels for direct, selective potentiometric sensing of inorganic ions (Ag⁺). The design overcomes key miniaturization barriers of conventional ion‐selective electrodes by combining low resistivity with suppressed loss of active components, enabling robust

Beyond  N formalism [PDF]

open access: yesProgress of Theoretical and Experimental Physics, 2013
We develop a theory of nonlinear cosmological perturbations on superhorizon scales for a multi-component scalar field with a general kinetic term and a general form of the potential in the context of inflationary cosmology. We employ the ADM formalism and the spatial gradient expansion approach, characterised by O( ^2), where =1/(HL) is a small ...
