Loss of proton‐sensing TDAG8 increases tumor progression in mouse models of colon cancer
Loss of the pH‐sensing receptor TDAG8 accelerates colorectal cancer progression in mice. Animals lacking TDAG8 expression had increased tumor growth, DNA damage, and recruitment of tumor‐associated immune cells, including macrophages, neutrophils, and monocytes.

Single‐cell multi‐omics reveals epigenetic heterogeneity across therapy‐adaptive tumor states, including quiescent/dormant, drug‐tolerant persister, and EMT‐like phenotypes. By linking regulatory features with state‐associated biomarkers, these approaches inform biomarker‐guided therapeutic strategies for evolving tumors.

Breast cancer remains a major cause of cancer death in women, frequently developing endocrine therapy resistance. This study demonstrates that upregulated p21‐activated kinase 1 (PAK1) activity drives resistance to tamoxifen and long‐term estrogen deprivation in ER+ breast cancer models.

Drug resistance limits treatment success in a subset of lung cancers driven by ROS1 gene alterations. Using patient‐derived cells and computer simulations, we studied three key mutations and how they affect five targeted drugs. The mutations reduced drug effectiveness in different ways by altering protein structure and behavior.

BCL9 and BCL9L drive bladder cancer progression by enhancing β‐catenin signaling, promoting proliferation, migration, invasion, and organoid growth. Genetic depletion of BCL9(L) suppresses malignant phenotypes, while pharmacological disruption of the β‐catenin/BCL9(L) complex with ZW4864 inhibits canonical Wnt signaling and tumor‐associated cellular ...

Analysis of Process Parameters and Forming Mechanisms within the Electromagnetic Forming Process
CIRP Annals, 2005Electromagnetic forming (EMF) is a typical high speed forming process using the energy density of a pulsed magnetic field to form workpieces made of metals with high electrical conductivity like e.g. aluminium. In view of new lightweight constructions, special forming processes like EMF gain importance for the associated materials.

The processing of form documents
Proceedings of 2nd International Conference on Document Analysis and Recognition (ICDAR '93), 2002An overview of an approach to the generic modeling and processing of known forms is presented. The system provides a methodology by which models are generated from regions in the document based on their usage. Automatic extraction of an optimal set of features to be used for registration is proposed, and it is shown how specialized detectors can be ...

Study on Forming Process of Stretch Forming Lattice Structure
2021 IEEE 4th International Conference on Information Systems and Computer Aided Education (ICISCAE), 2021Stretch Forming Lattice Structure (SFL), composed of upper chord, lower chord, vertical web member and lateral support member, is a self-balance structure. Using APDL (ANSYS Parametric Design Language), static analyses are conducted for the fully forming process of SFL with a long span of 90m.
