A conjecture on Whittaker-Fourier coefficients of cusp forms [PDF]

open access: yes, 2013
We formulate an analogue of the Ichino–Ikeda conjectures for the Whittaker–Fourier coefficients of automorphic forms on quasi-split reductive groups. This sharpens the conjectures of Sakellaridis–Venkatesh in the case at hand.

Irradiation‐Induced Spin Bath Evolution and as‐Grown Hydrogen Defects in CVD Diamond Revealed by NV‐Based DEER Spectroscopy

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
Here, we provide the reader with the current state of the art in the fabrication of high‐T2‐coherence diamond, optimized through the use of double electron–electron resonance (DEER) spectroscopy. We reveal the main as well as yet unidentified spin defects, the reduction of which is essential for reducing the spin bath and fabricating materials for ...

The sufficient condition of embedding in the Lorentz space

open access: yesҚарағанды университетінің хабаршысы. Математика сериясы, 2016
In this paper considered the transformation of a series of Fourier-Price in the form k - th difference of the Fourier-Price coefficients. In addition, obtained a sufficient condition the belonging of the function f in a two - parameter Lorentz space in ...

Random Rearrangements of Fourier Coefficients [PDF]

open access: yesThe Annals of Mathematics, 1976
In [2] and [3] Hardy and Littlewood gave (1) necessary and sufficient conditions that numbers on, -0 should be, for every variation of their arguments and arrangement, the Fourier coefficients of a function in LP (2 < p < c), and (2) necessary and sufficient conditions that such numbers should be, for some variation of their arguments and arrangement ...

Electrode and Microstructure Dependence of Oxygen Diffusion in Ferroelectric Hafnium Zirconium Oxide Thin Films

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
Significant nanoscale oxygen diffusion coefficient variations are measured in ferroelectric hafnium zirconium oxide films with grain boundaries and electrode interfaces exhibiting values 104 times larger than the grain cores. Overall coefficients are 10X larger for films prepared with metal nitride electrodes compared to refractory metals. New insights

Glissile Interphase Boundaries Enable Collective Phase Switching in Epitaxial Polar Oxides

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
A triple point is identified in the phase diagram of low‐symmetry epitaxial BiFeO3 thin film along with an extended regime of phase competition associated with a flattened energy landscape. The electromechanical response is shown to be governed by correlated interphase‐boundary motion, including scale‐free avalanche dynamics characteristic of systems ...

Fourier coefficients-based stepwise Bayesian inversion for elastic and fracture parameters using azimuthal seismic data

open access: yesFrontiers in Earth Science
The inversion of elastic and fracture parameters from azimuthal seismic data plays a critical role in charactering naturally fractured reservoirs. We propose a Fourier coefficients-based stepwise Bayesian inversion method to estimate these reservoir ...

FOURIER COEFFICIENTS OF CONTINUOUS FUNCTIONS WITH RESPECT TO LOCALIZED HAAR SYSTEM

open access: yesПроблемы анализа, 2017
We construct a nontrivial example of a continuous function f* on [0, 1]² which is orthogonal to tensor products of Haar functions supported on intervals of the same length.

Fourier coefficients of GL(N) automorphic forms in arithmetic progressions [PDF]

open access: yes, 2013
We show that the multiple divisor functions of integers in invertible residue classes modulo a prime number, as well as the Fourier coefficients of GL(N) Maass cusp forms for all $${N \geq 2}$$N≥2, satisfy a central limit theorem in a suitable range ...

Chiral Phase Change Nanomaterials

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
This work demonstrates reversible, non‐volatile phase transitions in chiral Ge2${\rm Ge}_2$Sb2${\rm Sb}_2$Te5${\rm Te}_5$ (GST) nanohelices for high‐speed optical modulation of chirality and dynamic control of the state of polarization (SOP). The chiral nanostructures are fabricated using a highly directional, wafer‐scale physical vapor deposition ...
