Fractal dimension images from SAR images [PDF]
In this paper we present the description of the image-processing issues underlying the estimation of the fractal dimension of natural surfaces from their corresponding synthetic aperture radar images. The choice of the spectral-estimation method is a key issue, due to the special nature of the problem at hand.
