Fast Basins and Branched Fractal Manifolds of Attractors of Iterated Function Systems
The fast basin of an attractor of an iterated function system (IFS) is the set of points in the domain of the IFS whose orbits under the associated semigroup intersect the attractor.

Bioinspired Morphology‐Decoupled Soft Gripper with Enhanced Bidirectional Grasping Capability
Inspired by biological predation, a novel gripper decouples cross‐modal grasping via dual morphological configurations. Synergistically integrating hybrid rigid and soft coupled fingers with a metamaterial palm, the system performs active compliant grasping for static objects and passive cage capture for dynamic targets.

Soft and Adhesive Cardiac Patch for Electrophysiological and Contraction Measurement
This study developed an epicardial electronic patch with a modulus similar to that of the heart (approximately 65kPa), which can collect stable electrocardiogram signals and myocardial contractility on the surface of a dynamically beating heart. This is attributed to the hydrogen bond interaction formed between the amino and catechol groups in the ...

Fractal-fractional study of the hepatitis C virus infection model
The main purpose of this article is proposed and investigated a new model of fractal-fractional-order model for hepatitis C virus (HCV) infection with immune response, in which the effect of dendritic cells (DC) and cytotoxic T lymphocytes (CTL) on HCV ...

New Aspects of Bloch Model Associated with Fractal Fractional Derivatives
To model complex real world problems, the novel concept of non-local fractal-fractional differential and integral operators with two orders (fractional order and fractal dimension) have been used as mathematical tools in contrast to classical derivatives

Super-Resolution Reconstruction of Depth Image Based on Kriging Interpolation
The super-resolution of depth images is a research hotspot. In this study, the classical Kriging algorithm is applied to the spatial interpolation of depth images, together with the fractional-order differential method for edge recognition, to realise ...

Three Lectures: Nemd, Spam, and Shockwaves
We discuss three related subjects well suited to graduate research. The first, Nonequilibrium molecular dynamics or "NEMD", makes possible the simulation of atomistic systems driven by external fields, subject to dynamic constraints, and thermostated so ...
