Minkowski content and fractal curvatures of self-similar tilings and generator formulas for self-similar sets [PDF]
We study Minkowski contents and fractal curvatures of arbitrary self-similar tilings (constructed on a feasible open set of an IFS) and the general relations to the corresponding functionals for self-similar sets.

Small-angle scattering from fat fractals
A number of experimental small-angle scattering (SAS) data are characterized by a succession of power-law decays with arbitrarily decreasing values of scattering exponents.

Direct Growth of Transparent Boron Nitride Neutron Shielding Layer for Space Window
Direct growth of sp2‐sp3 hybridized BN (HBN) on quartz, enabled by an h‐BN buffer, produces transparent and stable films up to 80 µm thick with high transmittance and strong neutron shielding, making HBN a promising candidate for space windows in long‐term lunar missions.

This study presents sulfate‐directed silver dendrites (s‐AgDs) as oxidation‐resistant SERS substrates with long‐term stability, reproducibility, and sub‐picomolar sensitivity. Sulfate ions guide anisotropic growth and protect the surface, enabling improved performance over 7 months under ambient conditions.

An Improve Differential Box Counting Method to Estimate Fractal Dimension [PDF]
The mathematical concept that used to measure the complexity of the fractal sets is known as fractal dimension. It is considered as a global feature for fractal images.

Physical Origin of Temperature Induced Activation Energy Switching in Electrically Conductive Cement
The temperature‐induced Arrhenius activation energy switching phenomenon of electrical conduction in electrically conductive cement originates from structural degradation within the biphasic ionic‐electronic conduction architecture and shows percolation‐governed characteristics: pore network opening dominates the low‐percolation regime with downward ...

Combinatorial configurations, fractals, fractal dimension of combinatorial sets
Combinatorial configurations and their sets are considered. The definitions of these objects are given, recurrent combinatorial operators are introduced, with the help of which they are formed, and rules are formulated according to which their sets are ordered.
