A novel workflow for investigating hydride vapor phase epitaxy for GaN bulk crystal growth is proposed. It combines Design of experiments (DoE) with physical simulations of mass transport and crystal growth kinetics, serving as an intermediate step between DoE and experiments.

A Practical Noise2Noise Denoising Pipeline for High‐Throughput Raman Spectroscopy
A lightweight and reproducible denoising pipeline for high‐throughput Raman spectroscopy is introduced, based on a 1D convolutional autoencoder trained with a Noise2Noise strategy. Using only repeated short‐exposure acquisitions, the method suppresses stochastic noise without reference spectra, enabling reliable spectral reconstruction while preserving

Postbuild annealing systematically modifies the phase fractions and morphology of EB‐PBF processed Mo–9Si–8B. Quantitative microstructure–property correlations reveal how controlled phase evolution enhances high‐temperature compressive strength and creep resistance.

Fractional derivative models involving generalized Mittag-Leffler kernels and opposing models are investigated. We first replace the classical derivative with the GMLK in order to obtain the new fractional-order models (GMLK) with the three parameters ...

On the Fractional Order Rodrigues Formula for the Shifted Legendre-Type Matrix Polynomials
The generalization of Rodrigues’ formula for orthogonal matrix polynomials has attracted the attention of many researchers. This generalization provides new integral and differential representations in addition to new mathematical results that are useful

Sustainability assessment requires methodologies that appropriately distinguish between additive and non‐additive material properties. A toxicity‐weighted scoring system is developed and applied that accounts for the disproportionate influence of highly toxic constituents through nonlinear weighting functions, providing more realistic estimates than ...

A Novel Approach to Estimate the Transition Temperature via Dynamic Nanoindentation
A new dynamic nanoindentation‐based method was developed that uses the stiffness ratio as an indicator of the elastic–plastic deformation contributions at different temperatures. The approach successfully identified transition temperatures in ferritic steel and distinguished them from continuously ductile austenitic steel.
