PEMODELAN AUTOREGRESSIVE FRACTIONALLY INTEGRATED MOVING AVERAGE (ARFIMA) UNTUK AKTIVITAS CURAH HUJAN DI KOTA MEDAN

open access: yesJurnal Lebesgue
The Autoregressive Fractionally Integrated Moving Average (ARFIMA) model is a development of the ARIMA model with the differencing values being fractional numbers.

Long-Term Dependencies and Long Run non-Periodic Co-Cycles: Real Estate and Stock Markets [PDF]

open access: yes
The literature is not clear on whether there are co-dependencies domestically across real estate and stock markets, nor whether there are international co-dependencies for these asset classes, despite the importance of this question for portfolio ...

Fractional integration and impulse responses: A bivariate application to real output in the US and the Scandinavian countries [PDF]

open access: yes, 2006
This paper analyses impulse response functions in the context of vector fractionally integrated time series. We derive analytically the restrictions required to identify the structural-form system. As an illustration of the recommended procedure, we also

LINC01116, a hypoxia‐lncRNA marker of pathological lymphangiogenesis and poor prognosis in lung adenocarcinoma

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
The LINC01116 long noncoding RNA is induced by hypoxia and associated with poor prognosis and high recurrence rates in two cohorts of lung adenocarcinoma patients. Here, we demonstrate that besides its expression in cancer cells, LINC01116 is markedly expressed in lymphatic endothelial cells of the tumor stroma in which it participates in hypoxia ...

Filtered Log-periodogram Regression of long memory processes [PDF]

open access: yes
Filtered log-periodogram regression estimation of the fractional differencing parameter d is considered. Asymptotic properties are derived and the effect of filtering on ˆ d is investigated. It is shown that the estimator by Geweke and Porter-Hudak (1983)

ATF4‐mediated stress response as a therapeutic vulnerability in chordoma

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
We screened 5 chordoma cell lines against 100+ inhibitors of epigenetic and metabolic pathways and kinases and identified halofuginone, a tRNA synthetase inhibitor. Mechanistically halofuginone induces an integrated stress response, with eIF2alpha phosphorylation, activation of ATF4 and its target genes CHOP, ASNS, INHBE leading to cell death ...

Developing evidence‐based, cost‐effective P4 cancer medicine for driving innovation in prevention, therapeutics, patient care and reducing healthcare inequalities

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
The cancer problem is increasing globally with projections up to the year 2050 showing unfavourable outcomes in terms of incidence and cancer‐related deaths. The main challenges are prevention, improved therapeutics resulting in increased cure rates and enhanced health‐related quality of life.

LDAcoop: Integrating non‐linear population dynamics into the analysis of clonogenic growth in vitro

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Limiting dilution assays (LDAs) quantify clonogenic growth by seeding serial dilutions of cells and scoring wells for colony formation. The fraction of negative wells is plotted against cells seeded and analyzed using the non‐linear modeling of LDAcoop.

Recurrent cancer‐associated ERBB4 mutations are transforming and confer resistance to targeted therapies

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
We show that the majority of the 18 analyzed recurrent cancer‐associated ERBB4 mutations are transforming. The most potent mutations are activating, co‐operate with other ERBB receptors, and are sensitive to pan‐ERBB inhibitors. Activating ERBB4 mutations also promote therapy resistance in EGFR‐mutant lung cancer.
