Fractional integrals on compact Riemannian symmetric spaces of rank one

open access: yes, 2013
In this paper we study mixed norm boundedness for fractional integrals related to Laplace-Beltrami operators on compact Riemannian symmetric spaces of rank one.

Fractional generalization of Kac integral [PDF]

open access: yesCommunications in Nonlinear Science and Numerical Simulation, 2008
Generalization of the Kac integral and Kac method for paths measure based on the Levy distribution has been used to derive fractional diffusion equation. Application to nonlinear fractional Ginzburg-Landau equation is discussed.

pH‐mediated activation of the lysosomal arginine sensor SLC38A9

open access: yesFEBS Letters, EarlyView.
Cells monitor nutrient levels via the lysosomal transporter SLC38A9 to activate the mechanistic target of rapamycin complex 1 (mTORC1). This study reveals that SLC38A9 function is regulated by pH. We identified histidine 544 as a critical pH sensor that undergoes conformational changes to control amino acid efflux from lysosomes; therefore, it ...

Fractional Cauchy Problem with Riemann-Liouville Fractional Delta Derivative on Time Scales

open access: yesAbstract and Applied Analysis, 2013
The Δ-power function and fractional Δ-integrals and fractional Δ-differential are defined, and then the definitions and properties of Δ-Mittag-Leffler function are given.

Generalized fractional calculus in Banach spaces and applications to existence results for boundary value problems

open access: yesBoundary Value Problems, 2023
In this paper, we present the definitions of fractional integrals and fractional derivatives of a Pettis integrable function with respect to another function.

Septin 9 PB domains coordinate centrosome positioning and microtubule acetylation to control epithelial polarity

open access: yesFEBS Letters, EarlyView.
Septin 9 polybasic domains couple phosphoinositide‐rich membrane binding to centrosome positioning, Golgi organization, and microtubule acetylation to control epithelial polarity. Their loss disrupts this axis, causing centrosome mispositioning, Golgi fragmentation, reduced microtubule acetylation, and polarity inversion via upregulation of the ...

Fractional robust control of ligthly damped systems [PDF]

open access: yes, 2006
The article proposes a method to design a robust controller ensuring the damping ratio of a closed-loop control. The method uses a contour para-meterized by the damping ratio in the Nichols plane and the complex non-integer (or fractional)differentiation

Trace Inequalities for Fractional Integrals in Mixed Norm Grand Lebesgue Spaces

open access: yes, 2020
D. Adams type trace inequalities for multiple fractional integral operators in grand Lebesgue spaces with mixed norms are established. Operators under consideration contain multiple fractional integrals defined on the product of quasi-metric measure ...

ON FRACTIONAL VOLTERRA INTEGRODIFFERENTIAL EQUATIONS WITH FRACTIONAL INTEGRABLE IMPULSES

open access: yesMathematical Modelling and Analysis, 2019
We consider a class of nonlinear fractional Volterra integrodifferential equation with fractional integrable impulses and investigate the existence and uniqueness results in the Bielecki’s normed Banach spaces. Further, Bielecki-Ulam type stabilities have been demonstrated on a compact interval. A concrete example is provided to illustrate the outcomes

Rab14 regulates the transport of human papillomavirus to the trans‐Golgi network for infectious cell entry

open access: yesFEBS Letters, EarlyView.
This study reveals that the small GTPase Rab14 is necessary for human papillomavirus (HPV) infection and plays an essential role in the transport of virions to the trans‐Golgi network (TGN). HPV in the early endosome (EE), which harbors GTP‐bound Rab14, is transported to the TGN through the switch of Rab14 from its GTP‐bound to GDP‐bound form.
