On (p,q)-Analogs of the α-th Fractional Fourier Transform and Some (p,q)-Generalized Spaces

open access: yes
In this article, the (p,q)-analogs of the α-th fractional Fourier transform are provided, along with a discussion of their characteristics in specific classes of (p,q)-generalized functions.

Inhibition of KDEL Receptors Remodels the Tumor Microenvironment for T Cell Independent Tumor Regression

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Inhibition of KDELR2 in a small fraction of tumor cells generates sustainable immunogenic cell death conditions within the tumor microenvironment. These conditions promote the regression of tumors in a T cell independent manner. During regression, macrophages prime T cells that subsequently provide systemic protection against recurrence. The potency of

COLOURFUL AND FRACTIONAL (p, q)-THEOREMS

open access: yes, 2014
. Let p ≥ q ≥ d+1 be positive integers and let F be a finite family of convex sets in Rd. Assume that the elements of F are coloured with p colours. A p-element subset of F is heterochromatic if it contains exactly one element of each colour.

Targeting the HSPA8‐CMA‐ATP6V1A Axis Triggers Lysosomal Hyperacidification and Catastrophic Vacuolation in Prostate Cancer

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Our experimental evidence supports a model in which ALO targets the HSPA8‐CMA‐ATP6V1A axis to induce lysosomal hyperacidification and initiate osmotic and lipidomic stress. These changes are associated with LMP and loss of lysosomal integrity in prostate cancer cells.

FRACTIONAL INTEGRALS FOR THE PRODUCT OF SRIVASTAVA'S POLYNOMIAL AND (p; q) - EXTENDED HYPERGEOMETRIC FUNCTION

open access: yesTWMS Journal of Applied and Engineering Mathematics, 2018
The main object of this paper is to present certain new image formulas for the product of general class of polynomial and (p, q)–extended Gauss’s hypergeometric function by applying the Saigo-Maeda fractional integral operators involving Appell’s ...

A note on (p,q) $(p,q)$-Bernstein polynomials and their applications based on (p,q) $(p,q)$-calculus

open access: yes, 2018
Nowadays (p,q) $(p,q)$-Bernstein polynomials have been studied in many different fields such as operator theory, CAGD, and number theory. In order to obtain the fundamental properties and results of Bernstein polynomials by using (p,q) $(p,q)$-calculus ...

Single‐Cell Profiling Identifies SLC2A5‐Mediated Fructose Metabolism as a Vulnerability in Primary CNS Lymphoma

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Glucose deprivation in the primary CNS lymphoma (PCNSL) tumor microenvironment drives SLC2A5 (encoding GLUT5)‐dependent fructose metabolism in tumor cells, while hypoxia induces HIF‐mediated SLC2A5 expression in tumor‐supportive macrophages, revealing SLC2A5‐driven fructose utilization as a shared and targetable metabolic vulnerability across malignant
