PFKFB4 Deubiquitination by USP10 Enhances Fumarate Metabolism to Orchestrate the KDM1A/Rad51 Axis and Confer Radioresistance in Lung Cancer

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
USP10 binds to and stabilizes PFKFB4, enhancing glycolytic ATP production, which activates the urea cycle and elevates fumarate. This inhibits histone demethylase KDM1A, leading to increased H3K4me1 enrichment at the Rad51 promoter and direct activation of Rad51 transcription, which confers lung cancer radioresistance. The PFKFB4 inhibitor 5MPN targets

Multiple solutions for the fractional differential equation with concave-convex nonlinearities and sign-changing weight functions

open access: yesAdvances in Difference Equations, 2017
In this paper, by using the fibering map and the Nehari manifold, we prove the existence and multiple results of solutions for the following fractional differential equation: { D T α t ( 0 D t α u ) = λ h ( t ) | u | p − 2 u + b ( t ) | u | q − 2 u , t ∈

Bound Water as a Reinforcing Element for Ultra‐Strong Polyacrylamide

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Rather than acting as a conventional plasticizer, bound water serves as a reinforcing element in polyacrylamide by constructing strong PAM–water–PAM hydrogen‐bond networks. This water‐mediated architecture delivers ultra‐high mechanical strength and exceptional flame resistance, redefining the role of water in polymer reinforcement.

Lyapunov type inequalities for the Riemann-Liouville fractional differential equations of higher order

open access: yesAdvances in Difference Equations, 2017
In this paper, some new Lyapunov type inequalities will be presented for Riemann-Liouville fractional differential equations of the form ( D a α x ) ( t ) + p ( t ) | x ( t ) | μ − 1 x ( t ) + q ( t ) | x ( t ) | γ − 1 ( t ) x ( t ) = f ( t ) , $$\bigl(D^

Deltacoronavirus Modulates circRNA cGLIS3 Metabolism to Evade Host Antiviral Response

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
This study reveals that both deltacoronavirus nucleocapsid protein and host RNA binding protein IGF2BP2 promote circular RNA GLIS3 (cGLIS3) biogenesis by binding to GLIS3 pre‐mRNA. The m6A modification‐mediated cGLIS3‐IGF2BP2 interaction weakens RNase L‐mediated degradation of cGLIS3 while facilitates a ubiquitin‐dependent degradation of IGF2BP2, thus ...

Multiple normalized solutions for fractional (p,q)-Laplacian equations

open access: yesElectronic Journal of Differential Equations
In this article, we consider the multiplicity results of normalized solutions of the fractional $(p,q)$-Laplacian equation $$\displaylines{ (-\Delta)_p^{s} u+(-\Delta)_q^{s} u=\lambda |u|^{p-2}u+h(\varepsilon x)f(u)+g(u) \quad\text{in }\mathbb{R}^N,\cr ...

Generalized quasi-linear fractional Wentzell problems

open access: yesAdvances in Nonlinear Analysis
Given a bounded (ε,δ)\left(\varepsilon ,\delta )-domain Ω⊆RN\Omega \subseteq {{\mathbb{R}}}^{N} (N≥2N\ge 2) whose boundary Γ≔∂Ω\Gamma := \partial \Omega is a dd-set for d∈(N−p,N)d\in \left(N-p,N), we investigate a generalized quasi-linear elliptic ...

Nanoscale Confinement Enhances Ultrafast Demagnetization

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Next generation spintronics may depend on successfully combining femtosecond spin dynamics with nanoscale device miniaturization. We address this by systematically studying the effect of nanoscale confinement on the femtosecond demagnetization of Iron. By combining ultrafast experiments sensitive to spins, charge carriers, and phonons, we uncover a nm ...

SR‐A3 Promotes USP18‐Mediated deISGylation of STING to Protect Against Myocardial Ischemia‐Reperfusion Injury

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
MI/RI is a major clinical challenge with high morbidity and mortality. This study demonstrates that SR‐A3 expression is downregulated in MI/RI, and its deletion exacerbates damage via the USP18/ISG15/STING axis, revealing SR‐A3 as a potential therapeutic target.
