Global Stability for Fractional Diffusion Equations in Biological Systems
This paper proposes a new method of construction of Lyapunov functionals for the dynamical systems described by fractional differential equations and fractional partial differential equations. The proposed method is rigorously presented. Furthermore, the

Fractional Partial Random Differential Equations with State-Dependent Delay [PDF]
Abstract In the present paper we provide some existence results for the Darboux problem of partial fractional random differential equations with state-dependent delay by applying the measure of noncompactness and a random fixed point theorem with stochastic domain.

YIPFα1A expression is regulated by multilayered molecular mechanisms
YIPFα1A, a five‐pass Golgi protein, is regulated at multiple layers. (1) Rare‐codon enrichment drives translation‐coupled mRNA decay. (2) A proximal 3′‐UTR element stabilizes mRNA. (3) A distal 3′‐UTR element included by alternate poly(A) site usage represses translation, which can be overridden by the proximal 3′‐UTR element.

Evolutionary analysis across 32 placental mammals identified positive selection at residues H148 and W149 in the immune receptor FcγR1. Ancestral reconstruction combined with molecular dynamics simulations reveals how these mutations may influence receptor structure and dynamics, providing insight into the evolution of antibody recognition and immune ...

Solving Fractional Partial Differential Equations with Corrected Fourier Series Method
The corrected Fourier series (CFS) is proposed for solving partial differential equations (PDEs) with fractional time derivative on a finite domain. In the previous work, we have been solving partial differential equations by using corrected Fourier ...

Pharmacological inhibition of PERK in a DEN‐induced mouse model of liver cancer does not reduce tumor burden but alters cellular stress signaling. Despite blocking PERK activity, downstream stress responses, including CHOP expression, remain active, suggesting compensatory mechanisms within the unfolded protein response that may influence tumor ...

Fractional equations and diffusive systems: an overview [PDF]
The aim of this discussion is to give a broad view of the links between fractional differential equations (FDEs) or fractional partial differential equations (FPDEs) and so-called diffusive representations (DR).
