Soft Yet Tough Tanglemers Through Rapid Photopolymerization for DLP 3D Printing

open access: yesAdvanced Materials, EarlyView.
Soft yet tough tanglemers are produced through low‐initiator free radical photopolymerization and translated to DLP 3D printing. Systematic control over light intensity, initiator loading, and crosslink density reveals processing windows that balance printability, elasticity, toughness, and feature fidelity. ABSTRACT Additive manufacturing of compliant

Interfacial Failure and Self‐Healing in Solid‐State Batteries

open access: yesAdvanced Materials, EarlyView.
Dynamic interfacial self‐healing offers an adaptive route to mitigate coupled mechanical, chemical, and electrochemical degradation in solid‐state batteries. This review connects evolving interfacial failure mechanisms with physical‐flow, chemical‐restoration, stimuli‐responsive, and electric‐field‐assisted repair strategies, highlighting targeted self‐

Ti3C2Tx MXene/Silver Composite Foams For Lightweight, High‐Performance Electromagnetic Interference Shielding and Joule Heating

open access: yesAdvanced Materials Interfaces, EarlyView.
Ultrathin MXene/EMF composite foams achieve a specific shielding efficiency of 749.6 dB.dB·cm3$\mathrm{dB}\cdot {\mathrm{cm}}^{3}$/g, while the silver‐enhanced MXene/Ag/EMF reaches 81.4 dB shielding effectiveness at just 1.0 mm thickness. Both composites exhibit rapid Joule heating, retain stability up to 250∘C$^\circ{\rm C}$, and withstand 1000 ...

Redox‐Confined Interfacial Polymerization Enables Mechanically Robust and Self‐Adhesive Nanofilms

open access: yesAdvanced Materials Interfaces, EarlyView.
Redox‐confined polymerization of a simple thiol monomer at a water‐organic interface generates robust freestanding films with nanoscale thickness. The resulting disulfide‐crosslinked nanofilms combine high stiffness with intrinsic adhesion to soft substrates, enabling conformal contact with artificial skin without additional functionalization.

A Direction‐Aware Piezo‐Transmittance Strain Sensor via Engineered Alignment of Carbon Nanotubes (CNTs)

open access: yesAdvanced Materials Technologies, EarlyView.
A direction‐aware piezo‐transmittance strain sensor is realized through the engineered alignment of carbon nanotubes. This anisotropic architecture instantaneously modulates optical transmittance, achieving ultra‐high sensitivity and exceptionally low hysteresis. By effectively eliminating signal crosstalk to precisely decouple multidirectional strains,
