Kvaliteta toplinski tretiranih plodova jagode (Fragaria x ananassa Duch.)
2005Provedeno je istraživanje o utjecaju toplinskih tretmana potapanjem plodova u vruću vodu 5 minuta na 48°C (HWD-48-5) i 30 sekundi na 60°C (HWD-60-0.5) na kvalitetu plodova jagode cv. Elsanta. Plodovi su nakon tretmana čuvani u uvjetima NA na +1°C u trajanju od 7 dana. Čuvanje je snizilo sve istraživane pokazatelje kvalitete.
