Fragile watermarking scheme for image authentication
A simple fragile watermarking scheme for image authentication is proposed. The insertion of a binary watermark is accomplished by replacing the least significant bit of the host image with a random binary image obtained by random permutations and suitable XOR operations among bitplanes.

Multibranch Collaboration and Segmented Training Network for Image Forgery Comprehensive Detection
With the rise of sophisticated image manipulation techniques, image detection forgeries have become increasingly challenging. This paper presents a novel deep learning framework, the multibranch collaboration and segmented training network (MBC‐STN), for robust image forgery detection. MBC‐STN addresses the challenges posed by diverse forgery types and

Synthesis of Programmable Bioelectronic Yeast for Biohybrid Futures
This article examines how locus standardisation, genome refactoring, controlled genomic plasticity and orthogonal regulatory systems collectively establish yeast as a programmable platform. Yeast is then viewed as an analogue of electronic systems in which genetic circuits, memory and population‐level computation are compared to logic gates, storage ...

Polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA) has the advantages of excellent transmittance, light weight, high impact strength, good weather resistance, etc. and can be used as a substitute of glass in solar energy utilization technology. Difference in the roughness of materials can lead to the difference in the adhesion of dust to their surfaces. In this paper, 194

A Quantitative Descriptor for Chalky and Discoloration Damage in Rice Grains
The quality assessment of chalky and discolored rice grains is often limited to either subjective methods or single‐value metrics that fail to capture the finer details of these damages. Despite being detectable and rich in visual features, there is a lack of a quantitative framework for characterizing these damages within a single rice grain in terms ...
