The Dimensions of the Franchisor-Franchisee Interaction

This research assesses the correlation between franchisors and franchisees regarding key interaction dimensions. The authors use data from the company Coffee Island, a franchise chain that operates in nine countries. Through structured workshops, they focus on validating five franchisor-franchisee interaction dimensions.
