The Effect of Zinc, Copper, and Silver Ions on Oat (Avena sativa L.) Androgenesis

open access: yesPlants, 2021
Oat (Avena sativa L.) cultivars ‘Bingo’ and ‘Chwat’ were used to compare the embryogenesis competence of another culture. Despite the embryo-like structures obtained from both tested cultivars, only ‘Chwat’ produced green plantlets, which confirmed the ...

Microtubule organization changes severely after mannitol and n-butanol treatments inducing microspore embryogenesis in bread wheat

open access: yesBMC Plant Biology, 2021
Background A mannitol stress treatment and a subsequent application of n-butanol, known as a microtubule-disrupting agent, enhance microspore embryogenesis (ME) induction and plant regeneration in bread wheat.

Chlorophyll fluorescence for prediction of yellow lupin (Lupinus luteus L.) and pea (Pisum sativum L.) susceptibility to drought

open access: yesPhotosynthetica, 2019
Drought has become an essential environmental factor limiting plant productivity. In order to detect differences in chlorophyll (Chl) a fluorescence, Chl concentration (in SPAD units), and yield parameters of yellow lupin ('Morocco 4' and 'Taper') and ...

Physiological markers of stress susceptibility in maize and triticale under different soil compactions and/or soil water contents

open access: yesJournal of Plant Interactions, 2017
Differences between two maize and two triticale genotypes grown in low soil compaction (LSC), moderate soil compaction (MSC) and severe soil compaction (SSC) and with a limited (D) or excess (W) soil water content were observed as a decrease in shoot (S)

The cell wall-bound phenolics as a biochemical indicator of soil drought resistance in winter triticale

open access: yesPlant, Soil and Environment, 2013
The leaf dehydration was accompanied by the highest increase in the content of cell wall-bound phenolics (CPh) during heading (148.3% C; % of control) and in course of drought applied twice during propagation and flowering (130.5% C) of triticale.

Automated Photothermal Control of Block Copolymer Self‑Assembly and Metal Oxide Nanostructures Sintering

open access: yesMacromolecular Rapid Communications, Volume 47, Issue 13, 3 July 2026.
This study presents a microscope‐based photothermal platform that integrates structured laser light projection with machine‐learning‐optimized illumination. By employing neural‐network models to predict and generate thermal profiles, the platform achieves precise thermal processing of block copolymer films.

The “question-mark” MR anatomy of the cervico-thoracic ganglia complex: can it help to avoid mistaking it for a malignant lesion on 68Ga-PSMA-11 PET/MR?

open access: yesRadiology and Oncology, 2019
Detectable uptake of 68Ga-PSMA-ligands in sympathetic ganglia may potentially lead to mistaking them for malignant lesions. Our aim was to investigate the anatomy of cervico-thoracic-ganglia-complex (CTG-C) in the MR part of multimodal 68Ga-PSMA-11 PET ...

Overlap‐Kernel EPI: Estimating MRI Shot‐to‐Shot Phase Variations by Shifted‐Kernel Extraction From Overlap Regions at Arbitrary k‐Space Locations

open access: yesMagnetic Resonance in Medicine, Volume 95, Issue 4, Page 2131-2152, April 2026.
ABSTRACT Purpose In multi‐shot EPI, shot‐dependent phase fluctuations can introduce ghost artifacts, undermining advantages for enhancing resolution or reducing distortion, particularly in diffusion scans. Here, a novel self‐navigation strategy based on shift‐invariant kernel extraction is proposed, enabling robust estimation of phase inconsistencies ...
