Wash‐Free Multi‐Target Super‐Resolution Microscopy With Photocaged DNA Labels
Photocaged DNA labels enable wash‐free multi‐target super‐resolution microscopy. A single type of DNA–fluorophore imager strand hybridizes to two orthogonal light‐responsive docking strands, whose hybridization state can be modulated with light from “ON” to “OFF” and vice versa.

Single‐molecule DNA flow‐stretch assays for high‐throughput DNA–protein interaction studies
We describe an optimised single‐molecule DNA flow‐stretch assay that visualises DNA–protein interactions in real time. Linear DNA fragments are tethered to a surface and stretched by buffer flow for fluorescence imaging. Using λ and φX174 DNA, this protocol enhances reproducibility and accessibility, providing a versatile approach for studying diverse ...

Post‐COVID Fatigue Is Associated With Reduced Cortical Thickness After Hospitalization
ABSTRACT Objective Neuropsychiatric symptoms are among the most prevalent sequelae of COVID‐19, particularly among hospitalized patients. Recent research has identified volumetric brain changes associated with COVID‐19. However, it currently remains poorly understood how brain changes relate to post‐COVID fatigue and cognitive deficits.

3D parton imaging of the nucleon in high-energy pp and pA collisions
We discuss several examples of how the transverse spatial distribution of partons in the nucleon, as well as multiparton correlations, can be probed by observing hard processes (dijets) in high-energy pp (pbar p) and pA (dA) collisions.

AbstractThis chapter provides background information on the City of Frankfurt, Germany, before exploring what is known of its residents with a precarious status. It explains Frankfurt City Council’s relevant duties and powers, relative to those of the region in which it is situated, Hesse, and of the Federal Government, and the complexity created by ...
