Biocatalytic Ether Lipid Synthesis by an Archaeal Glycerolprenylase
The ultrastable geranylgeranylglyceryl phosphate synthase from Archaeoglobus fulgidus makes various (E)‐ and (Z)‐configured prenyl glycerol ethers from the corresponding pyrophosphates while exerting perfect control over the configuration at the glycerol unit.

Stopping a Multilayered Co‐Axial Flow in a 3D Printed Microchannel with Cascaded Nozzles
A microfluidic device with cascaded nozzles is 3D‐printed using two‐photon polymerization. Its microchannel, featuring integrated nozzles, sculpts multilayered co‐axial flows, enabling independent regulation of four co‐flowing streams to achieve variable layer thicknesses.

Substrate‐Based Ligand Design for Phenazine Biosynthesis Enzyme PhzF
The isomerase PhzF, a critical enzyme in the biosynthesis of the Pseudomonas aeruginosa virulence factor pyocyanin, was investigated as a pathoblocker target. Structures of the two distinct enzyme conformations provide insights for PhzF‐inhibitor development.
