Effect of the Minimal Length on Bose-Einstein Condensation in the Relativistic Ideal Bose Gas
Based on the generalized uncertainty principle (GUP), the critical temperature and the Helmholtz free energy of Bose-Einstein condensation (BEC) in the relativistic ideal Bose gas are investigated. At the non-relativistic limit and the ultra-relativistic

Modeling hepatic fibrosis in TP53 knockout iPSC‐derived human liver organoids
This study developed iPSC‐derived human liver organoids with TP53 gene knockout to model human liver fibrosis. These organoids showed elevated myofibroblast activation, early disease markers, and advanced fibrotic hallmarks. The use of profibrotic differentiation medium further amplified the fibrotic signature seen in the organoids.

Locality-Preserving Free-Form Deformation
Abstract This paper proposes a method to estimate the locations of grid handles in free-form deformation (FFD) while preserving the local shape characteristics of the 2D/3D input model embedded into the grid, named locality-preserving FFD (lp-FFD). Users first specify some vertex locations in the input model and grid handle locations.

LDAcoop: Integrating non‐linear population dynamics into the analysis of clonogenic growth in vitro
Limiting dilution assays (LDAs) quantify clonogenic growth by seeding serial dilutions of cells and scoring wells for colony formation. The fraction of negative wells is plotted against cells seeded and analyzed using the non‐linear modeling of LDAcoop.

Aerodynamic Shape Optimization of Wing–Fuselage Intersection for Minimum Interference Drag
Interference drag in wing–fuselage intersection regions is a complex aerodynamic phenomenon where secondary flows and separation conditions might occur if not properly addressed in the aircraft design.

Modeling of multifunctional deformable porous scaffolds for soft tissue engineering [PDF]
Porous membranes/scaffolds such as guided tissue regeneration (GTR) membranes, cell sheets, tissue matrices or polymeric meshes are being widely used in soft tissue engineering to regenerate damaged, diseased tissue or wound.

To integrate multiple transcriptomics data with severe batch effects for identifying MB subtypes, we developed a novel and accurate computational method named RaMBat, which leveraged subtype‐specific gene expression ranking information instead of absolute gene expression levels to address batch effects of diverse data sources.

Intertwining Relations for the Deformed D1D5 CFT
The Higgs branch of the D1D5 system flows in the infrared to a two-dimensional N=(4,4) SCFT. This system is believed to have an "orbifold point" in its moduli space where the SCFT is a free sigma model with target space the symmetric product of copies of
