Thrombolytic proteins profiling: High‐throughput activity, selectivity, and resistance assays
We present optimized biochemical protocols for evaluating thrombolytic proteins, enabling rapid and robust screening of enzymatic activity, inhibition resistance, and fibrin affinity, stimulation, and selectivity. The outcome translates to key clinical indicators such as biological half‐life and bleeding risk. These assays streamline the development of

We found that during chemotherapy‐induced alopecia (CIA), Sonic hedgehog (Shh) expression significantly decreased in hair follicle Shh+ cells, whereas the Janus‐activated kinase/signal transducer and activator of transcription 1 (JAK/STAT1) signaling pathway was markedly activated.

In the study of classical obstacle problems, it is well known that in many configurations the free boundary intersects the fixed boundary tangentially. The arguments involved in producing results of this type rely on the linear structure of the operator.

Real‐World Investigation of Satralizumab in Patients With Neuromyelitis Optica Spectrum Disease
ABSTRACT Objective Satralizumab, a monoclonal antibody targeting the interleukin‐6 receptor, has demonstrated efficacy in clinical trials for neuromyelitis optica spectrum disorder (NMOSD). However, its real‐world effectiveness and safety compared to conventional immunosuppressive therapies remain uncertain.

Free boundary problems via Sakai’s theorem
A Schwarz function on an open domain Ω \Omega is a holomorphic function satisfying S ( ζ ) = ζ ¯ S(\zeta )=\overline {\zeta } on Γ \Gamma , which is part of the boundary of Ω \Omega .

A General Class of Free Boundary Problems for Fully Nonlinear Elliptic Equations [PDF]
In this paper we study the fully nonlinear free boundary problem $$\left\{\begin{array}{ll}F(D^{2}u) = 1 & {\rm almost \, everywhere \, in}\, B_{1} \cap \Omega\\ |D^{2} u| \leqq K & {\rm almost \, everywhere \, in} \, B_{1} \setminus \Omega,\end{array ...
