Age‐Related Characteristics of SYT1‐Associated Neurodevelopmental Disorder
ABSTRACT Objectives We describe the clinical manifestations and developmental abilities of individuals with SYT1‐associated neurodevelopmental disorder (Baker‐Gordon syndrome) from infancy to adulthood. We further describe the neuroradiological and electrophysiological characteristics of the condition at different ages, and explore the associations ...

L^p-continuity of solutions to parabolic free boundary problems
In this article, we consider a class of parabolic free boundary problems. We establish some properties of the solutions, including L^infinity-regularity in time and a monotonicity property, from which we deduce strong L^p-continuity in time.

Patterns of Postictal Abnormalities in Relation to Status Epilepticus in Adults
ABSTRACT Objective Abnormalities on peri‐ictal diffusion‐weighted magnetic resonance imaging (DWI‐PMAs) are well‐established for patients with status epilepticus (SE), but knowledge on patterns of DWI‐PMAs and their prognostic impact is sparse. Methods This systematic review and individual participant data meta‐analysis included observational studies ...

We study two phase problems posed over a two dimensional cone generated by a smooth curve $\gamma$ on the unit sphere. We show that when $length(\gamma)

ABSTRACT Background Accessing brain magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) can be challenging, especially for underserved patients, which may lead to disparities in neurological diagnosis. Method This mixed‐methods study enrolled adults with one of four neurological disorders: mild cognitive impairment or dementia of the Alzheimer type, multiple sclerosis ...

Continuity of the free boundary in elliptic problems with Neuman boundary condition
We show the continuity of the free boundary in a class of two dimensional free boundary problems with Neuman boundary condition, which includes the aluminium electrolysis problem and the heterogeneous dam problem with leaky boundary condition.

Existence of periodic solution to one dimensional free boundary problems for adsorption phenomena [PDF]
In this paper we consider a drying and wetting process in porous medium to create a mathematical model for concrete carbonation. The process is assumed to be characterized by the growth of the air zone and a diffusion of moisture in the air zone.

Numerical solution of a free boundary problem by interchanging dependent and independent variables [PDF]
The classical problem of seepage of fluid through a porous dam is solved to illustrate a new approach to more general free boundary problems. The numerical method is based on the interchange of the dependent variable, representing velocity potential ...
