The freedom of the press and the freedom of television

This paper debates the question whether it is correct and fair to equate the freedom of the press, or the printed media, with that of television. The disparate characteristics of these two media are also discussed, e.g. newspaper's greater selectivity on the part of the reader and television's higher credibility rating.
