Assessment of the Carbon Footprint of PDO/PGI Wine Production and Transport: A Case Study From Laconia Region, Greece

open access: yesJournal of Food Process Engineering, Volume 49, Issue 5, May 2026.
This study quantifies the 2023 cradle‐to‐retail carbon footprint of PDO/PGI wine from an SME winery in Laconia, Greece.
