Frequency Hopping Pattern and Synchronization based on Hopping Spread Spectrum Communication
2021 IEEE 4th Advanced Information Management, Communicates, Electronic and Automation Control Conference (IMCEC), 2021The frequency hopping pattern and synchronization technology are the cores of frequency hopping spread spectrum communication. The current hopping patterns are very complex and hard to implement. In this paper, a frequency hopping pattern with very long period is designed based on m-sequence, which is suitable for hardware implementation.

Time-hopping and frequency-hopping multiple-access packet communications
IEEE Transactions on Communications, 1990Time-hopping and frequency-hopping multiple-access (TH/FHMA) packet communication systems are proposed and investigated. In TH/FHMA communication systems, a message packet is encoded into several subpackets via a Reed-Solomon error correcting code. The subpackets are transmitted over the channel using time-hopping and frequency-hopping patterns.

Effect of PLL frequency synthesizer in FSK frequency-hopped communications
IEEE Transactions on Communications, 1989Synthesizer transient and spur effects in an frequency-shift-keying frequency-hopped system are investigated. Models for transient analysis are developed, and resulting degradations to performance are computed. Compensation methods, such as ping-ponging multiple synthesizers and gating symbol detectors, are considered. A spur analysis is presented, and

Adaptive frequency-hopping in HF communications
Proceedings 2011 International Conference on Transportation, Mechanical, and Electrical Engineering (TMEE), 2011In the presence of the severe frequency selective fading due to ionospheric multi-path propagation and the abundance of interference from other users, the HF communication quality can be decreased drastically. The combination of adaptive frequency-hopping scheme and HF communication improves system throughput effectively.

Fuzzy theory in frequency hop communication
ICCT'98. 1998 International Conference on Communication Technology. Proceedings (IEEE Cat. No.98EX243), 2002Fuzzy theory can be used in many fields. There may be two applications of fuzzy theory in frequency hop communications. They are the adaptive fuzzy frequency hopping generator and adaptive frequency hop communications with fuzzy frequency estimation. This paper discusses both of these two applications. For an adaptive fuzzy frequency hopping generator,
