Frequency Stabilized Laser for Optical Frequency Standards.
Five frequency stabilized laser types were recommended as the optical frequency / wavelength standards for the practical realization of the meter which was redefined in 1983. Since 1983, work in national laboratories, Bureau International des Poids et Mesures and elsewhere has substantially improved the reproducibility of the radiations which are ...

The CO2 laser frequency stability measurements [PDF]
Carbon dioxide laser frequency stability data are considered for a receiver design that relates to maximum Doppler frequency and its rate of change. Results show that an adequate margin exists in terms of data acquisition, Doppler tracking, and bit error

The newfound relationship between extrachromosomal DNAs and excised signal circles
Extrachromosomal DNAs (ecDNAs) contribute to the progression of many human cancers. In addition, circular DNA by‐products of V(D)J recombination, excised signal circles (ESCs), have roles in cancer progression but have largely been overlooked. In this Review, we explore the roles of ecDNAs and ESCs in cancer development, and highlight why these ...

To achieve frequency stability and economic efficiency in isolated microgrids, grid operators face a trade-off between multiple performance indicators. This paper introduces a data-driven adaptive load frequency control (DD-ALFC) approach, where the load

Expectational Stability of Resonant Frequency Sunspot Equilibria [PDF]
We consider the stability under adaptive learning of the complete set of solutions to the model when . In addition to the fundamentals solution, the literature describes both finite-state Markov sunspot solutions, satisfying a resonant frequency ...

Cryptochrome and PAS/LOV proteins play intricate roles in circadian clocks where they act as both sensors and mediators of protein–protein interactions. Their ubiquitous presence in signaling networks has positioned them as targets for small‐molecule therapeutics. This review provides a structural introduction to these protein families.

Stability chart of the triangular points in the elliptic restricted problem of three bodies
The possible observations of Trojan-like extrasolar planets stimulate the deeper understanding of the stability behaviour of the co-orbital resonant motion.

Sequence determinants of RNA G‐quadruplex unfolding by Arg‐rich regions
We show that Arg‐rich peptides selectively unfold RNA G‐quadruplexes, but not RNA stem‐loops or DNA/RNA duplexes. This length‐dependent activity is inhibited by acidic residues and is conserved among SR and SR‐related proteins (SRSF1, SRSF3, SRSF9, U1‐70K, and U2AF1).

Frequency Response of Uncertain Systems: Strong Kharitonov-Like Results
In this paper, we study the frequency response of uncertain systems using Kharitonov stability theory on first order complex polynomial set. For an interval transfer function, we show that the minimal real part of the frequency response at any fixed ...

PICALM::MLLT10 translocated leukemia
This comprehensive review of PICALM::MLLT10 translocated acute leukemia provides an in‐depth review of the structure and function of CALM, AF10, and the fusion oncoprotein (1). The multifaceted molecular mechanisms of oncogenesis, including nucleocytoplasmic shuttling (2), epigenetic modifications (3), and disruption of endocytosis (4), are then ...
