BCL9 and BCL9L drive bladder cancer progression by enhancing β‐catenin signaling, promoting proliferation, migration, invasion, and organoid growth. Genetic depletion of BCL9(L) suppresses malignant phenotypes, while pharmacological disruption of the β‐catenin/BCL9(L) complex with ZW4864 inhibits canonical Wnt signaling and tumor‐associated cellular ...

Frequent contiguous pattern mining over biological sequences of protein misfolded diseases
Background Proteins are integral part of all living beings, which are building blocks of many amino acids. To be functionally active, amino acids chain folds up in a complex way to give each protein a unique 3D shape, where a minor error may cause ...

ERα splice variant ERα∆7 lacks the C‐terminus, and its expression may change phenotypes of breast cancers. Our results showed that ERα∆7 is found in the luminal A subtype, and elevated ERα∆7 levels are linked to improved cell survival with lower proliferation and migration.

MagmaFlow: A desktop platform for artificial intelligence‐driven expression analysis
MagmaFlow is a free, no‐code platform for gene expression analysis. It generates interactive volcano plots, links genes to literature, pathways, and diseases, prioritizes candidates using millions of publications, identifies affected biological processes, builds network diagrams, and exports publication‐ready figures and reports for macOS and Windows ...

Mining frequent closed itemsets with the frequent pattern list [PDF]
The mining of a complete set of frequent itemsets will lead to a huge number of itemsets. Fortunately, this problem can be reduced to the mining of frequent closed itemsets (FCIs), which results in a much smaller number of itemsets. The approaches to mining frequent closed itemsets can be categorized into two groups: those with candidate generation and

Mining XML Frequent Query Patterns [PDF]
With XML being the standard for data encoding and exchange over Internet, how to find the interesting XML query characteristic efficiently becomes a critical issue. Mining frequent query pattern is a technique to discover the most frequently occurring query pattern trees from a large collection of XML queries.
