Combined fresh and frozen embryo transfer resulting in a twin delivery [PDF]

We report the delivery of non-identical twins resulting from the combined transfer of one fresh and one frozen embryo to a 31 year old patient. To our knowledge, this is the first reported case where both a fresh and a frozen embryo implanted in the same cycle led to non-identical twins.
