ADSORPTION OF p-NITROPHENOL IN THREE DIFFERENT ACTIVATED CARBONS AT DIFFERENT pH [PDF]
Adsorption of p-Nitrophenol by three different activated carbons (F100, S.E.I. and B.D.H.) was carried out at 301 K and at controlled pH conditions. Two different adsorption models (Langmuir model and Freundlich model) were studied and compared.

ABSTRACT Microalgal biomass has emerged as a valuable resource in recirculating aquaculture systems (RAS), due to its natural capacity to recover nutrients. In addition, microalgae are potential source of fish‐feed in the aquaculture industry. However, its application in RAS needs careful consideration, as microalgae can interact with geosmin, a common

PVDF‐Pyrolyzed Fluorine‐Doped TiO2 for Synergistic Adsorption‐Enhanced PFOA Photocatalysis
Fluorine‐doped TiO2 (F‐TiO2) enhances perfluorooctanoic acid (PFOA) remediation through synergistic adsorption and photocatalysis. Synthesized via one‐step PVDF pyrolysis, F‐TiO2 promotes nanopores and hydrophobic interactions for efficient PFOA enrichment in dilute waters, while improving charge separation under UVC light.

Freundlich adsorption isotherms for chromium (III) in Oxisols

Single and Tertiary System Dye Removal from Aqueous Solution Using Bottom Ash: Kinetic and Isotherm Studies [PDF]
This paper investigates the ability of Bottom ash to adsorb three cationic dyes from aqueous solution in single and tertiary systems. Crystal Violet (CV), Methylene Blue (MB) and Malachite Green (MG) were used as cationic dye models.
