Flexoelectrically Induced Polar Topology in Twisted SrTiO3 Membranes
Twisted SrTiO3 bilayers host polar vortices of flexoelectric origin, revealed through combined experiment and theory. By reconstructing polarization from the toroidal moment of strain gradients, the work establishes a 3D chiral state with broken inversion and mirror symmetries.

Shear strength parameters for porous asphalt mixtures: From macro to meso
The shear strength of asphalt mixtures significantly influences the rut resistance of flexible pavements. Existing methods predominantly address macroscopic aspects, failing to unveil the underlying mechanisms.

Turbulence modeling for sharp-fin-induced shock wave/turbulent boundary-layer interactions [PDF]
Solutions of the Reynolds averaged Navier-Stokes equations are presented and compared with a family of experimental results for the 3-D interaction of a sharp fin induced shock wave with a turbulent boundary layer. Several algebraic and two equation eddy

Kekuatan Puntir Dan Porositas Hasil Sambungan Las Gesek AlMg-Si Dengan Variasi Chamfer Dan Gaya Tekan Akhir [PDF]
Friction welding is the most suitable method for joining aluminum alloys. Aluminum alloys have limitations heat to concentrate only in weld area when used arc or gas welding. That causes it is has good thermal conductivity.

Triply‐twinned architected lattices transform deformation from bending to stretching of struts, delivering up to threefold increases in stiffness and strength across polymeric and metallic systems. High‐resolution synchrotron XCT and image‐based simulations reveal how meta‐grain architecture, defects, and AM build orientation govern failure pathways ...

An experimental and computational investigation of the flow field about a transonic airfoil in supercritical flow with turbulent boundary-layer separation [PDF]
A combined experimental and computational research program is described for testing and guiding turbulence modeling within regions of separation induced by shock waves incident in turbulent boundary layers. Specifically, studies are made of the separated

Structural water is harnessed as an active co‐monomer to drive supramolecular polymerization in bulk water. Zinc(II) Salphen complexes confine water molecules to form hollow, metal–organic nanofibers that assemble into adaptive hydrogels with thermoresponsive mechanics and selective chiral recognition.
