Models for Predicting Friction Coefficient and Parameters with Influence in Elastohydrodynamic Lubrication [PDF]
This article shows different friction prediction models applicable to lubricants in point contacts under an elastohydrodynamic regime. The types of models used are two variations of the Newtonian theory, the Limiting Shear Stress model and the one based on Carreau's equation.

Mg–Zn composites with a thickness of 0.21 mm were fabricated using roll bonding of a kirigami‐patterned Mg alloy inlay within a Zn matrix. Phase‐field simulations coupled with dislocation‐density‐based crystal plasticity modeling reproduce γ′ rafting behavior in single‐crystal Ni‐based superalloys under varied loading conditions.
