Integrated array of coupled exciton–polariton condensates

open access: yesNanophotonics, Volume 14, Issue 27, Page 4983-4991, December 2025.
Abstract A central challenge for advancing polariton‐based circuits is the controlled and scalable coupling of individual condensates. Existing approaches based on etched or epitaxially grown microcavities are fabrication‐intensive and restrict in‐plane coupling.

UV Photosensitive PMMA‐Based Nanocomposites Micropatterned by Laser for Product Traceability and Anticounterfeiting Applications

open access: yesAdvanced Materials Interfaces, Volume 12, Issue 22, November 22, 2025.
We introduce an anti‐counterfeiting solution using photoluminescent nanoparticles in PMMA polymer matrices. Through UV‐activated polymerization without photoinitiators, achieved via solvent modification, secure micromarkers are created within seconds using industrial laser systems.

Understanding pathogen transmission on inanimate surfaces: Insights from respiratory fluid droplet composition and drying dynamics

open access: yesDroplet, Volume 4, Issue 4, October 2025.
The graphical abstract shows the various phenomena the droplet undergo during evaporation, precipitation, and transfer to susceptible host. Abstract This study investigates how pathogen‐laden respiratory droplets transfer diseases via inanimate surfaces.

Multifunctional Hydroxyapatite Coated with Gallium Liquid Metal‐Based Silver Nanoparticles for Infection Prevention and Bone Regeneration

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, Volume 35, Issue 37, September 11, 2025.
A multifunctional hydroxyapatite (HAp) coating integrated with silver‐gallium liquid metal nanoparticles (HAp‐Ag‐GaNPs) exhibits dual antibacterial and osteogenic properties. It effectively inhibits Gram‐positive and Gram‐negative bacteria, including resistant strains, while enhancing bone regeneration.

Flexible calibration procedure for fringe projection profilometry

open access: yesOptical Engineering, 2007
A novel calibration method for whole field three-dimensional shape measurement by means of fringe projection is presented. Standard calibration techniques, polynomial-and model-based, have practical limitations such as the difficulty of measuring large fields of view, the need to use precise z stages, and bad calibration results due to inaccurate ...

Single-Shot Fringe Projection Profilometry Based on LC-SLM Modulation and Polarization Multiplexing

open access: yesPhotonics
Fringe projection profilometry (FPP) is extensively utilized for the 3D measurement of various specimens. However, traditional FPP typically requires at least three phase-shifted fringe patterns to achieve a high-quality phase map.
