A comprehensive meta‐analysis of expression quantitative trait loci (eQTLs) across five diverse tomato populations reveals a high‐resolution atlas of transcriptional regulation and uncovers conserved and population‐specific regulatory architectures underlying fruit nutritional quality traits, including flavonoids, sugars, organic acids, carotenoids ...

This study constructed the first spatiotemporal multi‐omics map of peach fruit and discovered a key candidate gene that synergistically regulates trichome development and drought tolerance through the jasmonic acid signaling pathway, providing insights into the coupling mechanism between development and stress resistance.

Oligonucleotide‐based fluorescence in situ hybridization probes were developed in the model citrus species Citrus maxima. These probes were applied to comparative karyotyping across 14 species in the Rutaceae family. This analysis revealed chromosomal evolution in lineages that diverged from Citrus nearly 52 million years ago.

Fenologia e prospecção fitoquímica do jaborandi (Pilocarpus microphyllus Stapf ex Holmes)
RESUMO O estudo fenológico tem como finalidade determinar o ritmo sazonal dos eventos do ciclo de vida da planta, como floração e frutificação. Estes eventos são determinados por uma série de fatores, como: alternância de períodos chuvosos ou não ...

Induced Fruiting in Myxobacteria
The fruiting myxobacteria and the cellular slime molds (Acrasiales) have many superficial resemblances with respect to fruiting behavior. Cells in the swarm are triggered by chemical substances to aggregate and form fruiting bodies (Bonner, 1947; Fluegel,

Haplotype‐Resolved 3D Genomic Landscapes and Their Impacts on Agronomic Traits in Grapevine
This study presents a haplotype‐resolved 3D genomic landscape of grapevine, revealing that structural variations (SVs) are closely associated with phased topologically associating domain (TAD) boundary transitions. These rearrangements coordinate with allele‐specific DNA methylation (ASM) and allele‐biased gene expression (ASE) to shape key agronomic ...

Phenotyping primocane fruiting trait in raspberry (Rubus idaeus)
In raspberry (Rubus idaeus), two groups of cultivars are known: once fruiting, where fruit occurs annually on floricanes, and repeat fruiting (remontant), where a second fruit crop occurs on primocanes in the late summer or fall.

SERS Facemask for Rapid and Portable Sensing Mycobacterium Tuberculosis Antigens for TB Screening
Our study introduced an Au─Ag embedded covalent organic framework (U@COF) ‐mediated facemask for sensing TB antigen ESAT‐6/CFP‐10 complex in clinical droplet samples toward TB screening. Practical analysis of clinical samples demonstrated the availability of our facemask, which is capable of identifying the TB subjects (N = 17) from healthy candidates (
