Knowledge discovery for friction stir welding via data driven approaches: Part 2 – multiobjective modelling using fuzzy rule based systems [PDF]
In this final part of this extensive study, a new systematic data-driven fuzzy modelling approach has been developed, taking into account both the modelling accuracy and its interpretability (transparency) as attributes. For the first time, a data-driven

ABSTRACT Experimental evidence indicates that exposure to weight stigma can lead to sustained elevations in cortisol and ambulatory blood pressure. However, little is known about its acute effects on other physiological markers. This study aimed to explore the feasibility of measuring the physiological response of weight stigma, a novel weight ...

Misconceptions About Obesity and Weight Stigma in Brazilian Healthcare Professionals
ABSTRACT People living with obesity (PLWO) frequently experience weight stigma (WS) in healthcare settings, leading to disparities in treatment. Although research shows that healthcare professionals (HCPs) often hold stigmatising views, this issue remains underexplored in Brazil.

s-wave scattering and the zero-range limit of the finite square well in arbitrary dimensions
We examine the zero-range limit of the finite square well in arbitrary dimensions through a systematic analysis of the reduced, s-wave two-body time-independent Schr\"odinger equation.

Barriers to Utilisation of Sexual Health Services by Female Sex Workers in Nepal [PDF]
Sexual health services are relatively rare in Nepal. Female sex workers (FSWs) do not use health services as much as would be desirable. A study was conducted to identify barriers to access of sexual health services by FSWs in Nepal.

Microstructural evolution and hardness optimization along the cross‐section of friction stir welded AA6061/AlSi10MgMn joints, for electric vehicle battery housings, were investigated. Postweld aging between 170°C and 220°C enhances hardness uniformity within the nugget zone.
