TLS as Predictors and Targets in Neoadjuvant Chemoimmunotherapy for NSCLC

open access: yesThoracic Cancer, Volume 17, Issue 16, August 2026.
TLS in lung cancer adjuvant therapy: (A) cellular composition (T/B cells, DCs); (B) mechanistic pathways (antigen presentation, GC‐like B responses, TRM maintenance); (C) clinical evaluation (IHC, digital pathology, spatial transcriptomics); (D) future directions (dynamic monitoring, intercellular interactions, multicenter trials, clinical translation).

An ANGPTL8‐AKT2‐mTOR Axis Drives Adipose Senescence and Aging‐Related Functional Decline

open access: yesAging Cell, Volume 25, Issue 8, August 2026.
ANGPTL8 increases with age in humans and mice and serves as a key predictor of biological aging and mortality. Adipocyte‐derived ANGPTL8 promotes cellular senescence through AKT2–mTOR signaling, whereas genetic deletion of Angptl8 attenuates adipose tissue aging and extends lifespan.

Airborne particle characterization during mechanical cutting operations of prototypic fuel debris simulants [PDF]

open access: yes
International audienceThe general context of this article concerns the assessment of radioactive aerosols release risk during fuel debris (FD) retrieval operations at Fukushima Daiichi Nuclear Power Plant (1F). This assessment is crucial for ensuring the

Hypervelocity impact facility for simulating materials exposure to impact by space debris [PDF]

open access: yes, 1993
As a result of man's venturing into space, the local debris contributed by his presence exceeds, at some orbital altitudes, that of the natural component. Man's contribution ranges from fuel residue to large derelect satellites that weigh many kilograms.
