Changing jobs: worker mobility and wages in the UK labour market
Abstract We study the role of job‐to‐job transitions in shaping wage dynamics in the UK. We show that job moves have continued to generate substantial wage gains for movers even during a period of real wage stagnation and declining labour market mobility.

Abstract Sjögren's disease is an autoimmune disease characterized by severe dry eye, but its pathophysiology remains unclear. Non‐obese diabetic (NOD) mice develop Sjögren's disease‐like dry eye prior to the onset of diabetes. Although intestinal immune abnormalities precede diabetes in NOD mice, their relationship to dry eye remains poorly understood.

Abstract Infantile epileptic spasms syndrome (IESS) is characterized by epileptic spasms (ES) in infants and hypsarrhythmia on EEG. High‐frequency oscillations (HFOs), defined as oscillatory events at >80 Hz, reflect rapid spatiotemporal dynamics of cortical activity and might serve as novel biomarkers for epilepsy.
