Full-Duplex Wireless-Powered Relay in Two Way Cooperative Networks

open access: yes, 2017
This paper investigates a full duplex wireless-powered two way communication networks, where two hybrid access points (HAPs) and a number of amplify and forward relays both operate in full duplex scenario.

Optical network architectures for dynamic reconfiguration of full duplex, multiwavelength, radio over fiber

open access: yes, 2006
In recent years there have been rapid advances in the techniques to generate and transport radio signals over optical fiber, but very little has been done to date to develop the concept of a full duplex, multiwavelength, radio-over-fiber network ...

Dose‐Dependent Reprogramming of Chromatin Accessibility by SOX4 Drives the Transcriptional Response to Iron Overload

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
This study demonstrates that iron overload triggers widespread chromatin compaction and transcriptional repression in human granulosa cells, recapitulating features of endometriosis. The epigenetic reprogramming is orchestrated by a TFEB‐SOX4‐SWI/SNF axis, with SOX4 acting as a central, dosage‐sensitive regulator.

Streptavidins Coordinate Biotin Sequestration and Self‐Resistance Within a Biotin‐Pathway Antibiotic Network

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
A conserved genomic region between two streptavidin genes in Streptomyces packages biosynthetic gene clusters for diverse biotin‐pathway antibiotics: acidomycin, stravidin, the new non‐proteinogenic amino acid ANDA, and the new BioA inhibitor α‐methyl‐KAPA.

SDS‐CRISPR for Single‐Nucleotide Variant Detection

open access: yesAdvanced Science, Volume 13, Issue 36, 29 June 2026.
Structure‐disruption‐sensitive CRISPR (SDS‐CRISPR) converts structural instability into single‐nucleotide precision, thereby overcoming mismatch tolerance in canonical Cas12a and enabling versatile diagnostics across DNA, RNA, and microRNA targets. When applied to rapid IDH1 mutation detection for glioma genotyping and integrated with lateral‐flow ...

A Full-Duplex MAC Protocol Based on Buffer Status Report for Successive Full-Duplex Link Setup

open access: yes, 2019
Full-duplex radio is the next-generation wireless technology that can transmit and receive frames simultaneously over the same channel. Recently, as self-interference cancellation technologies have evolved, full-duplex radio has become possible.

Mechanically Triggered DNA Nanovehicles for Targeted Dual‐Drug Cancer Therapy

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
A mechanically triggered DNA nanovehicle is introduced that co‐releases two anticancer drugs in response to integrin‐mediated cellular forces. Cholesterol‐anchored DNA assemblies undergo force‐induced unfolding at cell–cell junctions, enabling selective, localized dual‐drug activation in cancer cells while minimizing off‐target toxicity in low‐tension ...
