Regret in Dynamic Decision Problems [PDF]
The paper proposes a framework to extend regret theory to dynamic contexts. The key idea is to conceive of a dynamic decision problem with regret as an intra-personal game in which the agent forms conjectures about the behaviour of the various ...

De Novo Multi‐Mechanism Antimicrobial Peptide Design via Multimodal Deep Learning
Current AI‐driven peptide discovery often overlooks complex structural data. This study presents M3‐CAD, a generative pipeline that leverages 3D voxel coloring and a massive database of over 12 000 peptides to capture nuanced physicochemical contexts.

Targeting the PDK1/c‐Myc/SOX10 Signaling in Oligodendrocytes Alleviates Neuropathic Pain
This work reveals that oligodendrocyte homeostasis, mediated by PDK1, is a critical determinant of neuropathic pain (NPP) pathogenesis. Disruption of PDK1 in oligodendrocytes impairs SOX10‐dependent myelination programs through c‐Myc accumulation, leading to disrupted myelination and the pathophysiology of NPP.

Explaining the Favorite-Longshot Bias: Is it Risk-Love or Misperceptions? [PDF]
The favorite–long shot bias describes the long-standing empirical regularity that betting odds provide biased estimates of the probability of a horse winning: long shots are overbet whereas favorites are underbet.

Grancalcin (GCA), a myeloid‐derived protein, is enriched in gingival tissues of periodontitis patients and mouse models. Through interactions with CD44 and activation of MYH9, GCA promotes NF‐κB signaling and exacerbates periodontal inflammation and bone loss.

Multiple Imputation of a Continuous Outcome with Fully Observed Predictors Using TabPFN
Handling missing data is a central challenge in quantitative research, particularly when datasets exhibit complex dependency structures, such as nonlinear relationships and interactions. Multiple imputation (MI) via fully conditional specification (FCS),

Learnable Diffusion Framework for Mouse V1 Neural Decoding
We introduce Sensorium‐Viz, a diffusion‐based framework for reconstructing high‐fidelity visual stimuli from mouse primary visual cortex activity. By integrating a novel spatial embedding module with a Diffusion Transformer (DiT) and a synthetic‐response augmentation strategy, our model outperforms state‐of‐the‐art fMRI‐based baselines, enabling robust
